Katarzyna Kołodziejczyk
She has been involved in education since 2002 when she began pursuing her passion for teaching. She graduated in Polish philology with a teaching specialization from the University of Wrocław, studied educational policy and management at the University of Warsaw, preschool education and early school education at the Bogdan Jański University in Warsaw, as well as Leadership in Education at Collegium Civitas in Warsaw.
Since 2007, she has been collaborating with the Institute for Democracy Research and European Law Studies in Warsaw as a lecturer and author of educational materials for teachers and school directors. Throughout her teaching career, she gained experience working with children and adolescents at all educational levels, ranging from nurseries and preschools to elementary, middle, and adult schools. This diverse experience allowed her to ground her pedagogical knowledge in practical, creative teaching methods.
Since 2007, she has been working with educational institutions in Warsaw in the field of comprehensive management and pedagogical supervision. As a preschool director, she had the opportunity to establish networks of kindergartens and nurseries, as well as directly oversee the development of these institutions, ensuring the quality of education and upbringing.
She is passionate about the realms of creative human development, theater, poetry, photography, as well as psychological, social, and didactic factors influencing the course and effectiveness of the educational process.
